Taking care of your candles

The first burn is very important! Be sure to allow the wax to reach the edge of the vessel, for a burn time of about 4 hours. Wicks should be trimmed before you light your candle each time. Be sure to keep away from drafts, children, and pets! 

Wax + Fragrance

Our wax is a blend of coconut, apricot and food grade paraffin and is non-toxic, vegan, and biodegradable. It is the cleanest and most luxurious wax on the market!

Our scents are created for us by leading perfumers in our industry. All of our blends are free of parabens and phthalates, cruelty-free and created with a formula of fragrance and essential oils. Our wicks are lead free and made of cotton.

Orders are generally processed and shipped within 24 hours. Once your order ships you will receive an email with tracking information.

If you receive an item that is damaged, please take a picture of the item and email to info@brightwoodcandle.com along with your name and date of order.
